CODE OF CONDUCT
TechZero1(TZ1) Code of Conduct and policies are fundamental to our daily operations,
defining who we are and how we operate. We want to reaffirm TechZero1commitment to
upholding the highest standards of ethics including Anti-Corruption, human rights,
labor practices, Anti Money Laundering in all our business dealings. As an esteemed
business partner of TZ1, we request you to kindly ensure meticulous compliance to
agreed provisions of the agreement with TZ1 which entail all these principles/rules.
Please also take note of the following key points:
1) Conduct: If any TechZero1staff (whether permanent, contractual, seconded, or
interns) or any person acting on behalf of TZ1 asks a business partner to engage
in conduct that goes beyond the scope of the agreement (including, but not
limited to, “Responsible Business Conduct” or “Business Partner’s Conduct
Principles”) or violates applicable local laws/ SBP’s regulations, the business
partner must report such conduct through the INTEGRITY email id:
businesscontinuation@teczero1.com at or contact TZ1 Compliance
Department via compliance@teczero1.com
2) Strict Prohibition of Bribery: Any form of bribery or corruption is strictly
prohibited. No actions should be taken that could be construed as facilitation
payment, improperly influencing decisions, violating laws, or breaching any
agreements. Moreover, any business vertical for e.g digital payments relationship
between TechZero1employees and the business partners is strictly prohibited
including provision of any gift and entertainment.
3) Kindly note that TZ1 takes the report(s) of suspected violations of the Code of
Conduct or applicable local laws, regulation, or agreements seriously and takes
appropriate measures to address such reports. Your continued commitment to
these ethical standards ensures a transparent, accountable, and compliant
partnership.
