Ahmer is a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of expertise in organizational development, leadership and management information system, long term strategic planning in senior management position including, retail and consumer banking, Bancassurance, Micro Insurance, Alternate Distribution Channels and Renewable Energy.
He launched the 'ICICI Lombard' Banca business in Pakistan and his product received the 'National Innovation Award for Best Micro Insurance Product' for those at the bottom of the pyramid.
In partnership with the World Bank – IFC, He launched a renewable energy company to provide rural electrification to over 70,000 off-grid and underserved households. This retail distribution model of financing became a case study for IFC's 'Lighting Pakistan' program.

An MBA, Zahid is a dynamic and seasoned OD & HR professional with 30 plus years’ extensive local and international experience in Banking & Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Packaging, IT, Food Processing and Retail industry in senior roles. Zahid has worked on many HR & OD commercial and consulting assignments in Dubai, Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Jeddah, Singapore and Riyadh. DHL Global Forwarding, Jacob Engineering Group (CH2M/Halcrow), Comset Services Limited, Savola Group (Plastics Business), EPB/TDAP, Faysal Bank Ltd. (RBS/ABN AMRO), National Leasing (MCB Bank) are some of his previous employers. He is a Subject Matter Expert on the Panels of Frontier Strategy Group - USA, Currnt.com - USA and Gersen Lehrman Group (GLG) - Ireland.

Enrolled for the Cost Management accounting program, with almost a decade of work experience with a logistics business and a law firm, Talha Shabbir has earned his chair in the team for his diverse experience, team work ability, professionalism, and in-depth working knowledge of finance and accounting.
His exposure of critical accounting and finance function comes from his support he delivered to the various clients while working with the consulting firm. His long term contributions for Pay One are anticipated as he takes the lead in planning, financial operations, budgets, investments, vendor relationships, administration.
